NO REFUNDS will be given within 30 days of the conference – unless the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, or due to a verified medical related issue. If you test positive for COVID-19 within seven days of the conference, we ask that you stay home. Once verified, we will honor a full refund for anyone who must cancel for this reason.
